Ridekick International Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either, per your request, refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or deliver when product is available within 60 days of your order.
2. Delivery Location
Items as offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the contiguous United States, or with requoted shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations.
Delivery must be made to a physical address, and not to a PO Box.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order, and the estimated time given by the shipper.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions
We require a signature for any Ridekick trailer or lithium battery purchase. You may waive the trailer signature requirement, and assume responsibility once the trailer has been delivered and proven per the shipper’s tracking record. If the trailer shipment is stolen from your porch or designated delivery location, it is your responsibility to attempt recovery of the stolen property, and the cost accountability for the property and recovery attempt are yours. Shippers require the signature of an adult over 21 years of age for receipt of a lithium battery.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the dimensional or actual weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Free shipping (when offered) is for the original Ridekick power trailer purchase only and shipped in the contiguous 48 US states.
Original Ridekick power trailer purchases to Alaska, Hawaii or International locations will be discounted to offer in the spirit of the free shipping offer to contiguous US/domestic customers.
Lithium batteries ordered with the original Ridekick power trailer purchase require an additional shipping charge to cover hazardous materials shipping.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-974-4440, ext 1. You will be asked to provide photos of the damage to the exterior and interior of the box/packaging, and to the contents of the box/packaging.
