Customer Satisfaction Policy
For customers who do not have an opportunity to test-ride a Ridekick power
trailer before purchasing one, we offer a 30-day guarantee. This guarantee
applies to purchases of Ridekick power trailers ordered directly from the Fort Collins, CO location by phone or website shop (www.ridekick.com). Ridekick International wants the customer to be happy with the performance of the Ridekick power trailer and to that end will make every attempt to resolve any concerns expressed by the Ridekick trailer owner. If the customer continues to be dissatisfied, Ridekick International will ask that s/he initiate the return by communicating with the Support Representative (email@example.com or 877-974-4440 ex. 2) within 30 days of product purchase. The Ridekick power trailer must be in good condition; functional with no obvious damage. The customer must complete the return within 40 days of the date of purchase. Ridekick International is responsible for paying for the return transportation costs of shipping (customer will pay the return shipping and hazmat fee on lithium batteries), and the Ridekick trailer must be properly packed in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed for the price paid for the product only, less the cost of any work to return the Ridekick trailer back to its original condition.
